For more than 30 years, Chabad of Thailand has been home to every Jew who passes through. Every week, thousands of backpackers, families, soldiers just out of the army and businesspeople far from home find a Shabbat table, a minyan, a kosher meal, and someone to call when something goes wrong. For many of them, a Chabad House is the only Jewish place they'll find.
You may have seen recent news about Rabbi Kantor. The matter is being addressed through the appropriate legal channels, and we respect the Kingdom of Thailand, its laws and its institutions. Our Chabad Houses in Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui, Chiang Mai and beyond are operating as usual, and will continue to warmly welcome every Jew and every Israeli who comes here.
We're doing our very best to keep it that way, and right now we need your help more than ever. Your gift keeps every Shabbat table set and every door open, and tells every Jew in Thailand: you are not alone.
