The ‘Thailand Tzedaka Fund’ was initiated to respond to the humanitarian needs of the Jewish needy in Thailand. This fund sends regular food packages to the elderly, the hospitalized and the imprisoned. Money for medical help is given to those in need and many lives have been saved through the funds intervention. ‘Lost souls’ are given assistance by either being repatriated back to their home country or where repatriation is not feasible support is given to help with basic living expenses.
