🍎 Fresh Fruit: Permitted to eat freshly cut fruit from street vendors and stores.
⚠️ Known Brands: Do not assume brands (like Nestle) are kosher just because they are in the US/Israel. Local Thai ingredients may differ.
🥛 Milk & Dairy: Not recommended to use local dairy due to supervision standards. Use JCafe’s food shop for reliable dairy/milk.
🐟 Fish: Fresh/frozen fish with scales are kosher. Wash precut fish well. Smoked salmon with kashrut symbols is often available.
